Details EYE TM17SE CRANLEY ROAD 585-1/4/89 (North side) 15/06/51 Cranley Manor (Formerly Listed as: CRANLEY GREEN ROAD Cranley House) II Farmhouse. Early C18 timber frame with early C19 gault brick skin. Plaintiled (front) and corrugated tile (rear) roofs. T-shaped plan consisting of an east-west range with cross wing at east end. 2 storeys. 4-window range. Corner pilasters close elevation. 2 C20 doors separated by a 3-light cross casement. One similar casement right and left of elevation. Three 2-light and one 3-light casement to first floor. All openings under artificial stone lintels. Hipped roof with 2 ridge stacks. Wing to east is a single-window range with similar casements. Lower hipped roof and stack on east roof slope. Rear is roughcast and colourwashed. INTERIOR: 2-panelled doors on HL hinges. Winder staircases by stacks. East room with chamfered bridging beams with tongue stops and exposed first-floor floorboards. Frame with arched corner braces.
