Ashlar. Church 6-bay rectangle with tower projecting from south east bay. Base course. South front: windows all round-headed with nook shafts all hoodmoulds. Central round-arched doorway similarly detailed, flanked by small windows, blind arcading and 3 large windows above; small louvred window in gable. Skew with dog tooth ornament. Buttressed aisle and finial cross to left has 2-light upper window under hoodmould, and separate gable. 4-stage tower to right: 1st with 2 windows; 2nd with 2-light window; 3rd with blind intersecting arcading and blind oculus; 4th with 2 storey belfry openings (single window to north face. Decorative corbel courses below with round-arched balustrade (removed from north face) and corner pinnacles. String courses between stages. 6-bay sides with unmoulded round-headed windows between raised strips and simple corbels course over. Rear of rubble and slightly advanced centre bay with 3 windows. Interior: narthex in western bay, stairs to gallery. Body of church has galleries to 3 sides with thin columns continued up to roof. Area between columns and side walls spanned by plaster groin vaults, while central portion spanned from column to column. Windows leaded. Modern stained glass to north window. Hall: neo- Norman, 2-storey, with angle buttressed, ashlar. Door windows round headed with nook shafts. South front has advanced and gabletted entrance flanked by pairs of windows. Bands of interlace arcading over windows. 3 windows to 1st floor and small one to gable. Dogtooth ornamented skews. Side elevations have 2 windows at ground and band course over.
