Details SY 3693 CHARMOUTH THE STREET, SOUTH SIDE 8/40 War Memorial G.V. II First World War Memorial, c 1920. Stone. Octagonal plinth with moulded base and names of Dead inscribed on 3 brass plates. Second World War brass plate, a later-addition. Cross-shaft, octagonal and tapering with moulded base and foliage capital with moulded abacus. Latin cross with octagonal sections and terminal stops. Listing NGR: SY3629193596 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 7 December 2016.
