Details 1127/0/10005 05-MAR-03 WORMEGAY CASTLE ROAD Castle Road Bridge GV II Bridge. Probably late C18 with later repairs. Gault brick with stone parapet copings. A single elliptical arch spans Little River, now dry. Raised band and now decayed inscription tablet on north face. Curving parapets have repairs but retain stone copings. This country road bridge remains mainly intact and forms a good group with Castle Meadow (q.v.) nearby. Legacy The contents of this record have been generated from a legacy data system.
