Details LADOCK BISSICK HILL SW 85 SE 1/28 Bissick Manor GV II House. C18 or earlier. Ground floor painted rubble, cob over with thatched roof and granite ashlar chimneys at gable ends. 2 plan with cross passage originally. 2 storeys, 3 windows. Central door inside C20 porch. 6-paned ground floor windows. Central casement window over door has 8 horizontal panes. Flanking windows are casements of 2 panes with paned fanlights over. Stone rubble chimney breasts have slate weatherings. Interior has hearth with arched oak lintel with 1503 date carved to right. Room to left has chamfered oak lintels over open hearth with cloam oven behind left jamb. Listing NGR: SW8917550970 Legacy The contents of this record have been generated from a legacy data system.
