Details SUTTON UPON TERN C.P. SJ 63 SE 3/116 BERRISFORD ROAD Berrisford Bridge II Bridge. Dated 1791. Dressed red sandstone with brick soffit. Segmental arch with voussoirs and raised keystone. Upstream keystone inscribed: "W.M / 1791". Plain parapets. The bridge carries a minor road across the River Tern. It was built by local subscription to replace a ford and wooden footbridge. Listing NGR: SJ6836734267 The asset was previously listed twice also at List entry 1366833. This entry was removed from the List on 25th May 2016.
