TR 3868 SW 3/134 BROADSTAIRS OAKLANDS AVENUE Arch in grounds of No 1A (Formerly listed as Arch in grounds of No 25 (Courtlands), VICARAGE STREET, previously listed listed under OAKLANDS AVENUE) II Early C19. This probably remains from the early C19 pleasure garden at Ranelagh Grove. Built of burr bricks and stone fragments it incorporates an ogee-headed stone arch probably with some fragments of genuine medieval masonry. Curiosity value.
