Details SS 72 SW 5/85 MARIANSLEIGH ALSWEAR Alswear Bridge II Road bridge over the River Mole. Probably C18. Stone rubble. Single span road bridge with an unusually deep segmental arch and a smaller, probably later, segmental-headed flood arch on the Alswear side. The parapets, which sweep out at either end of the bridge, show considerable signs of repair.
