Belfast's Titanic Quarter is one of the best wet-weather draws in Britain — the Titanic Belfast museum alone takes 3–4 hours and is entirely indoors. Pair it with the Ulster Museum (free entry, dinosaurs, Egyptian mummies and a strong children's section) and a tour of Crumlin Road Gaol for a full indoor day.
